COVID-19 UPDATE - ALL FACE TO FACE PHYSIOTHERAPY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED.
COVID-19 - REHABPLUS STATEMENT 21.03.2020: 17.24 - PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND ANY FACE TO FACE PHYSIOTHERAPY APPOINTMENTS AT ANY REHABPLUS CLINIC LOCATION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
Our colleagues, patients and our communities are at the very heart of what we do and with the rapidly developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation we are taking the responsible measures needed to protect all of us.
In light of recent government communications and advice from the World Health Organisation, Rehabplus are taking the following appropriate action.
We have taken the decision to temporarily close all of our 25 clinics nationwide and undertake no face to face Physiotherapy consultations as a measure to ensure the health of our workforce and patients and play our part in stopping this pandemic. Any existing telephone triage, Telephysio or virtual physiotherapy appointments are not affected.
We recognise this comes at a time when many of our patients are already seeking help and guidance for an ongoing musculoskeletal problem and we will continue to do our very best to assist patients through this difficult situation providing assistance wherever we possibly can.
Rehabplus are able to provide our industry-leading virtual Tele-Physiotherapy services were deemed clinically appropriate and where both contractual referral agreements and accessibility allows, using our Tele-health and remote exercise software Physitrack.
A member of our operational or clinical team will contact you to discuss your options with ongoing treatment during the next few days and we ask for your patience during this unprecedented period and please keep calls to our operations center to a minimum to enable us to efficiently manage this process.
Above all else, we send all of our customers and patients, their families and friends, our best wishes to remain healthy and safe during this period.
