How do I get in touch when you have a problem?
Sometimes we get things wrong.
We're here on the other end of the phone or email to help you in the event you experience any problems with any aspects of our service.
So we can address your problem as soon as possible please ensure to complete the following.
- State your contact details, name and DOB in all correspondence with us. Use the 'Submit a complaint' button to the side.
- State the problem. Eg. "I was unable to book an appointment at my convenience' or 'I cannot access my online Physio programme. My name is Joe Bloggs, and my email address is ".
- Let us know how we can resolve your problem to your satisfaction or what can we do better to avoid the occurrence happening again.
